• Primary Mainstream School
• 85- 100 (Depending on Experience)
• Cheltenham
• Full-Time 8:30am-3:30pm
• Term-Time only
• Enhanced DBS (Or willingness to apply for one)

Learning Support Assistant Responsibilities:

• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel confident and motivated
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs
• Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and tailored learning strategies
• Help students develop social and emotional skills to enhance their overall learning experience
• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behaviour
