Class People are recruiting Learning Partners to support pupils across schools in the Cotswolds. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with children, offering encouragement, structure and a calm presence throughout the school day.
Learning Partners play a vital role in helping pupils feel confident, supported and ready to learn — both academically and emotionally.
The Role
As a Learning Partner, you will:
Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups during lessons
Help children understand tasks and stay engaged with learning
Provide additional support for pupils with SEND or emotional needs
Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation
Work closely with teachers and support staff to create inclusive classrooms
Roles are available on a flexible basis across primary, secondary and SEN settings.
