FTE Salary: Up to £39,291.00 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)
Actual Salary: 18.5 hours - Up to £19,645.50/22.2 hours – Up to £23.574.60
Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time
Working Hours: 2 roles available – 18.5 hours per week, 22.2 hours per week (+ 1 day remission for teacher training)

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable lecturer to deliver the Adult Nursing occupational specialism within our T Level Health programme. You will support students to develop the practical skills, professional behaviours, and clinical understanding required for progression into nursing and healthcare careers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver engaging, industry-relevant teaching focused on adult nursing support skills, including patient care, communication, and infection control
• Prepare learners for and support them through industry placements in healthcare settings
• Formatively assess and track student progress in line with T Level occupational standards
• Support students to develop professional behaviours, safeguarding awareness, and patient-centred care values

This role is ideal for someone with a background in adult nursing or healthcare, combined with a passion for developing the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Essential Degree in a Nursing, Midwifery or Paramedics.
• Desirable Teaching Qualification
• Desirable Experience working in further education
