Salary: £29,454 - £39,502 FTE per annum. (Actual Pay £15.31 per hour, plus holiday uplift of £4.18 per hour, plus prep uplift of £1.53 per hour.)
Contract: Permanent, Hourly Paid (2 hours per week), Term Time Only

We are looking for an enthusiastic and supportive Digital Skills Tutor to join our Adult Education team.
This is a small, non-exam course focused on helping adults build confidence using everyday digital technology — such as email, online safety, shopping or banking online, and using Microsoft Office and mobile devices.
You will plan and deliver friendly, practical sessions that make digital skills feel approachable and useful for day-to-day life. Learners will typically be beginners with the potential to develop learners over a longer period.
The post holder will be expected to:
- Plan and deliver engaging, confidence-building sessions in essential digital skills.
- Support learners to use computers, tablets, and smartphones for everyday tasks.
- Encourage and motivate learners to develop their independence and enjoyment of technology.
- Monitor learner progress through informal feedback and simple practical activities.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive learning environment that celebrates small successes.
- Keep accurate attendance and progress records.
- Work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
- Follow safeguarding, equality and diversity, and health & safety procedures.
