Gloucestershire College is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lecturer in Early Years to join our experienced and supportive team. With nine lecturers working across our three campuses, we bring a wide range of sector knowledge and teaching experience to deliver engaging content across all levels. The ability to assess learners in the workplace would be an advantage, as we help students progress into rewarding careers. Our department is fast-paced and focused on high-quality teaching, supported by strong administrative systems to track and support individual learner progress.

All lecturers are supported by a dedicated Learning Coach and regular one-to-one meetings with their Line Manager. We also offer a wealth of online resources to support professional development.
