A089 Associate or Lecturer in Electrical Installation

About the Role
You will plan and deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and assessment in both workshop and classroom settings. As part of a supportive team, you’ll help learners succeed by meeting targets for attendance, progress and achievement. You’ll assess students’ work and provide clear, helpful feedback, including support with English and Maths, while adapting teaching to meet individual needs and remove barriers to learning. You’ll also work closely with colleagues, support college events, and guide learners towards future learning and career opportunities.
About You
· You will have relevant industry experience as an electrician, or in a related field.
· You will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, or an equivalent qualification.
· You will be happy to complete Equality & Diversity and Safeguarding training as part of the role

Salary: Up to £42,500 per annum (depending on experience) + £4,000 scarce skills joining bonus*
Hours Per Week: Up to 37 Hours per week
