As an Accountancy Lecturer within our AAT team, you will inspire and support adult learners as they work towards their AAT Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications. You will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across both on-campus and remote settings, creating an inclusive environment where every learner feels supported to succeed.

You will encourage learners to build confidence, develop their skills and achieve their career ambitions through tailored teaching, meaningful feedback and a range of assessment approaches. By adapting your delivery to meet individual needs and working closely with colleagues, you will help create a positive, motivating learning experience where learners feel valued, challenged and empowered to reach their full potential.

About You

  • AAT Level 4, or equivalent, in specialism
  • Relevant industry experience working within your specialism and within the Accountancy/ Business Sector
  • PGCE, DTTLS or Certificate in Education (or willingness to complete).
