We are recruiting Beauty Professionals to join our Hair and Beauty team and welcome applications from both experienced lecturers and industry specialists looking to move into teaching.

You’ll create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every learner is supported and motivated to achieve their full potential.
Using innovative teaching methods, industry-standard resources, and emerging technologies, you’ll help learners progress, assess their development, and provide valuable feedback that supports their success. You’ll play an important role in guiding students towards further study, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities, while working collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and continuously develop your own professional skills. About You
You will have:
- Recent industry experience in the beauty sector.
- Qualified to Level 3 Beauty
- PGCE or DTTLS or Certificate in Education (or willingness to complete).
Please note that the successful candidate would be expected to complete a Level 3 teaching qualification within their first year of employment if they do not already have this qualification.
