A128c Lecturer/Associate Lecturer in Beauty

You will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that help learners build their skills, confidence and independence. You’ll plan and assess learning effectively, provide constructive feedback, and support learners to achieve their goals. This role is ideal for those with beauty industry experience looking to move into teaching, as well as experienced teachers seeking to share their industry knowledge. Working closely with colleagues and industry partners, you’ll promote positive outcomes, maintain high standards, and encourage progression into further study, apprenticeships or employment.

About You

You will have

• Recent industry experience in the beauty sector.
• Qualified to Level 3 Beauty
• PGCE or DTTLS or Certificate in Education (or willingness to complete).

Please note that the successful candidate would be expected to complete a Level 3 Teaching qualification within their first year of employment if they do not already have this qualification
