This role involves designing and delivering engaging lessons, developing inclusive resources, and fostering a positive learning environment where learners feel safe, respected, and motivated. You will tailor your teaching to individual needs, apply fair and supportive assessment practices, and help students understand how their subject connects to broader opportunities. Collaboration with colleagues, reflective practice, and active contribution to the College’s quality, safeguarding, equality, and progression initiatives are integral to the role. Additionally, you will support learners in exploring future study options and career pathways, guiding them toward success beyond the classroom.
About You
- Strong knowledge and qualifications in Performing Arts.
- Experience working in the Performing Arts industry.
- Experience supporting or teaching young people.
- Equality, Diversity and Safeguarding training, or willingness to complete it.
