As a Graduate Lecturer in Mechanical and Electrical/Electronic Engineering, you’ll play a key role in developing confident, industry‑ready learners within our supportive and experienced Engineering team. You’ll teach units from Levels 2 to 6 across full‑time programmes and apprenticeship pathways, with the opportunity to contribute to higher‑level modules depending on your experience. You’ll deliver and assess technical content across both mechanical and electrical/electronic disciplines, including hands‑on workshop and laboratory activities that bring engineering principles to life.

About You

• Knowledge of Engineering is current and appropriate to the teaching context
• HND or Degree level in a relevant Engineering based subject
• Minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent Level 2 in English and mathematics
• Willingness to undertake Equality and Diversity and Safeguarding training.
