Plan and deliver engaging Music Production lessons that help every learner develop their skills, confidence and achieve their goals in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Assess learner progress fairly, provide clear and constructive feedback, and keep accurate records to support achievement and continuous improvement.
Work closely with colleagues and support teams to meet individual learner needs, promote positive behaviour, and encourage progression into further study or employment.
Create a safe, respectful and inspiring learning environment, making the best use of industry-standard resources and technology.
Continue to develop your own professional practice while contributing to the quality of teaching, learning and the wider success of the Arts and Media team.
About You
Experience working in the Music Production industry.
Level 3 qualification (or above) in a relevant subject.
A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
