This multi-office and growing law firm are looking for a Legal Secretary who would enjoy providing general support to a range of different sectors and stakeholders. This is a new role and will be based in the City office and would suit a proactive and professional Legal professional who enjoys being part of a close knit team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Legal Secretary:
- File management - opening and closing of case files
- Producing a range of documents (including audio-typing letters) – a high attention to detail is required,
- Liaising with clients and answering general queries via email, over the phone and face-to-face
- Working collaboratively with the other Legal Secretaries
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly organised and communicative with previous diary management skills
- Previous Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant experience and Private Client experience
- Document and case management experience
- Audio-typing skills
My client is offering an annual salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience.
