This is a rewarding role both in terms of the nature of the work and in terms of the team The Private Client solicitor will work in – a highly rated Legal 500 team. You should have experience of working with vulnerable clients, strong COP experience and the ability of working closely with families and carers of clients.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor role:
- Preparing COP applications, wills and LPA’s
- Management of financial affairs of vulnerable clients including preparing annual deputy reports
- Advising on products and services that would benefit each client
- Lay them out in bullet points
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years PQE
- Ability to handle sensitive scenarios in a supportive and professional manner.
- Experienced with COP and Attorneyship arrangements
- Able to manage a caried caseload whilst also leading and guiding junior colleagues
This is a full-time permanent position and salary details will be disclosed on application but is DOE.
