Must have’s

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer
• Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
• Proven ability to manage a full residential caseload, including freehold, leasehold, new build and complex transactions
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality client care
• Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
• Confidence using digital case management systems and new technology
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a positive “can do” attitude

• Managing a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Handling sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build transactions
• Delivering a consistently high standard of client service
• Supervising and supporting junior members of the team
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient case progression
