Legal Secretary (part-time)

This highly professional law firm are looking for an additional Legal Secretary on a part-time basis. This is a new role and will be based in Cheltenham and is the direct result of growth within the business. This would suit a proactive Legal Secretary, who can multi-task and who enjoys working as part of team. You'll be working in beautiful offices with a very settled team and alongside other Legal support colleagues
The client are happy to be offer this part time role of approximately 20 hours / week which can be spread across 3, 4 or 5 days to suit you.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Legal Secretary:
- File management - opening and closing of case files
- Producing a range of documents (including audio-typing letters) – a high attention to detail is required,
- Liaising with clients and answering general queries via email, over the phone and face-to-face
- Raising and checking invoices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly organised and communicative with previous diary management skills
- Previous Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant experience and Private Client experience
- Document and case management experience
- Audio-typing skills
My client is offering an annual salary of up to £32,000 (pro-rata'd) depending on experience.
