Must have’s
Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
Experience using Xero for day to day accounting tasks
Confident using a MAC computer
Good working knowledge of Excel
Experience with credit control and invoicing
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Nice to have’s
Experience supporting a small office or finance team
Confidence managing multiple tasks at once
So, what will you be doing?
Invoicing and maintaining accurate financial records
Credit control and chasing outstanding payments
Processing payments and completing reconciliations
Supporting general office administration
Updating spreadsheets and financial data using Excel
Using Xero for daily accounting tasks

Ability to work independently while supporting a close knit team
Strong communication skills for liaising internally on finance matters
Salary: £13 - £15p/h
Hours Per Week: 40
