Facilities and Maintenance Worker

Cheltenham Site with Travel around Gloucestershire | Flexible Hours | Permanent

What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or repair role
• Hands-on skills across basic plumbing, electrics, carpentry, or general repairs
• Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
• Full UK driving licence

Nice To Have:

• Experience working in commercial or residential property maintenance
• Trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds)
• Health & Safety awareness or training

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks across sites
• Ensuring buildings and equipment are safe, tidy, and compliant
• Responding to reactive jobs as well as scheduled preventative maintenance
• Working with a supportive team to deliver excellent service
• Representing the business with professionalism at all times
