Must Have’s
• A positive, adaptable attitude and a proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to travel to site as required
• GCSE qualifications (minimum)
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
• CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) card
• OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certification

Nice to have’s
• First Aid certification
• Previous experience in a hands-on, site-based role
• Familiarity with safe operation of tools and equipment

So what will you be doing?
• Undertaking physical tasks including handling equipment, installing materials, and general construction work
• Using tools and machinery safely and responsibly
• Following site safety procedures and wearing the correct PPE
• Supporting project progress through effective teamwork and communication
• Storing and moving materials appropriately, reducing waste
• Collaborating with supervisors to resolve on-site challenges and ensure quality work

Helpful extras
• Full PPE required and provided if needed
• Monday–Friday working hours
• On-the-job training and support
