Lettings Manager – Maternity Cover

Morgan Associates is a long-established independent estate and lettings agency in Cheltenham. We are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to provide maternity cover and lead our busy lettings team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the lettings department
• Manage and support a team of negotiators and property managers
• Drive new landlord instructions and manage existing stock
• Oversee tenancy progression from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with lettings legislation and company policies
• Provide an excellent level of service to landlords and tenants

Requirements

• Previous experience in lettings management or senior lettings role
• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
• Proven ability to win new business and manage landlord relationships
• Organised, proactive, and confident managing a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Details

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am–12.30pm)
Fixed-term contract: 9–12 months (maternity cover)
Location: Cheltenham office
