Must have’s

• Experience within property management, lettings or tenancy coordination
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communication with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proactive, calm and solution-focused approach

Nice to have’s

• Knowledge of residential property compliance and tenancy legislation
• Experience using property management software
• Full UK driving licence

So, what will you be doing?

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties end-to-end
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractor work
• Carrying out property inspections and producing clear reports
• Managing check-outs and negotiating deposit returns
• Ensuring all properties meet legal and safety compliance standards
• Maintaining accurate tenancy and property records on internal systems
• Delivering a high standard of service and building strong relationships
