Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers across the region
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Deliver against sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall company growth
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and customer service
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systems
- Proven experience in a field-based sales role, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own territory effectively
- Full UK driving licence
