Assistant Commercial Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Commercial Manager to support the commercial team in the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with subcontractor procurement and package management
Supporting the preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts
Monitoring project costs and reporting against budgets
Assisting with cost forecasting and cash flow management
Reviewing subcontractor applications and payments
Supporting the commercial management team with contract administration
Building relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Ideal Candidate:
Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Previous experience within construction or commercial fit-out
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Ambitious and looking to progress within a growing business
