Preferred Requirements:

• Carry out a range of services, including meet and greet, reception, parcel handling, inspections, and lettings viewings
• Ensure a seamless resident move-in and move-out process, with all related streams completed within the set timeframe
• Respond to day-to-day inquiries from residents and escalate complaints where required
• Manage the Resident Service Assistant team rota and be an ambassador for the events committee
• Conduct property inspections and visits, liaise with contractors, and maintain effective void management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous demonstrable experience of effectively managing a successful team
• Qualifications in property or customer service would be advantageous
• Experience working towards and achieving targets, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
