Description
- Lead and manage corporate tax compliance and reporting processes.
- Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies in line with global standards.
- Provide expert advice on tax planning and risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations within the life science industry.
- Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisers to resolve tax issues.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and implement necessary updates.
- Support audits and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
Profile
A successful Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing Manager should have:
