About the Role
- Supports the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations.
- Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the young people.
- Continuously working to maintain the Outstanding Ofsted.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 & DBS clearance
- Team Leader or Deputy manager experience
