45 hours per week (flexibility to work shifts as required to meet business demands)

Salary:
60,000 - 65,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Manager

Lead and manage the Maintenance Team to ensure the smooth running of all production and site equipment.
Plan, organise, and oversee preventative and reactive maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex machinery faults to minimise downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, schedules, and compliance documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise equipment reliability and efficiency.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to support operational goals.
Manage contractors and external service providers as required.
Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards in line with company policies.

Key Skills of a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Manager

Proven experience in multi-skilled maintenance, ideally within an FMCG or fast-moving production environment.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic fault-finding skills.
Experience managing maintenance teams and coordinating workloads.
Ability to work flexibly, including shift coverage as business needs require.
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations relevant to a manufacturing environment.
