- Lead and manage the Personal Tax team to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Provide expert advice on personal tax matters, including compliance and advisory work.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser.
- Identify opportunities for tax planning and ensure compliance with current legislation.
- Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns.
- Mentor and develop team members, supporting their professional growth.
- Stay updated on tax legislation and communicate changes to the team and clients.

Profile
A successful Personal Tax Senior Manager should have:
