Overview:
We are working with a rapidly growing organisation entering an exciting phase of expansion and transformation with ambitious growth plans over the coming years. The business is investing heavily in its people, infrastructure, and operational capability. As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of strategically important projects.

This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to work across a dynamic, fast-paced environment, influencing delivery at both operational and senior leadership levels.

The Opportunity:
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment across workstreams, managing dependencies, and driving delivery against strategic objectives.

This role requires a hands-on, proactive individual who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex programmes while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and deliver multiple projects to agreed scope, time, cost, and quality
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, managing dependencies, milestones, and critical paths
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and assumptions with clear escalation where required
  • Establish and maintain strong project governance, including status reporting and steering meetings
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, commercial, supply chain, technical, and external partners
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership

Essential:

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager delivering multiple projects
  • Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Expertise in project planning, risk management, reporting, and governance
  • Experience using project management tools such as MS Project
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 Annual +
