A leading Tier 1 contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong DfE framework background to deliver education schemes valued between 25M and 50M. The business has multiple frameworks secured in the South West, offering long-term pipeline and stability.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as No.1 Project Manager on large-scale education schemes.
Lead project teams, site managers, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with DfE framework requirements and design standards.
Oversee programme, cost control, risk management, and client reporting.
Drive H&S culture and ensure works are delivered to quality, safety, and programme.
