Project Manager - Housing Planned Works, Bristol, immediate start - lead major refurbishment and safety projects and make a real impact on residents homes.

The Role
Want to take full ownership of projects instead of just being another cog in the machine This is your chance to step into a role where your decisions genuinely shape homes, communities, and long-term investment programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading housing refurbishment and planned works projects as a Project Manager across Bristol and the South West
  • Owning contractor performance - driving quality, safety, and delivery across multiple live sites
  • Managing budgets, programmes, and project performance in a fast-paced housing environment
  • Acting as the go-to contact for residents, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout works
  • Running site visits and project meetings across the South West, keeping everything on track from start to finish


Requirements

  • Experienced Project Manager within housing, planned works, or property maintenance across Bristol / South West
  • Strong construction knowledge including building safety and compliance (CDM 2015 essential)
  • Confident managing contractors, holding them accountable, and driving performance
  • Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and project costs
  • Qualified in Construction, Surveying, or similar (HND or above) and comfortable working in a site-based role
