Position: Registered Manager Domiciliary Care

Salary: 45,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager for a Domiciliary Care service in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and growing organization, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to private clients.
Responsibilities:
Overall management and leadership of the domiciliary care serviceEnsuring compliance with CQC regulations and standardsRecruitment, training, and supervision of staffDeveloping and maintaining relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholdersCreating and implementing care plans and risk assessmentsManaging budgets and resources effectivelyMaintaining accurate records and reporting on service performanceRequirements:
Registered ManagerProven experience in a managerial role within domiciliary careStrong leadership and communication skillsKnowledge of CQC regulations and standardsAbility to manage budgets and resources effectivelyExperience in recruiting, training, and supervising staffExcellent organizational and time-management skillsCompassionate and patient-centered approach to careWillingness to work flexible hours when necessaryBenefits:
