Salary: 45,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager for a Domiciliary Care service in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and growing organization, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to private clients.
Responsibilities:
- Overall management and leadership of the domiciliary care service
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders
- Creating and implementing care plans and risk assessments
- Managing budgets and resources effectively
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on service performance
Requirements:
- Registered Manager
- Proven experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary
