Our client, a well-established regional contractor based in Bristol, is looking to appoint a Senior Contracts Manager to support their continued growth. The RoleAs Senior Contracts Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of 3 4 refurbishment projects valued between £500k and £4m across a variety of sectors including healthcare, education, retail, commercial, and public buildings. Working closely with clients, consultants, and site teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent client relationships throughout.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Lead and support project teams to achieve programme, quality, and financial targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project performance, commercial outcomes, and programme delivery.
- Attend regular client meetings and provide progress updates.
- Ensure health, safety, quality, and compliance standards are maintained across all projects.
You'll be an experienced Contracts Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects and developing long-term client relationships.
You will have:
- 5 10 years' experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager role.
- A strong background delivering refurbishment projects.
- Experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously.
- Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A collaborative and client-focused approach.
- Ambition to progress into a senior leadership position.
