The Company

Kingston Barnes is exclusively recruiting a Senior Site Manager for a prestigious regional contractor in Bristol. They have a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional new build and refurbishment schemes. With a focus on quality, collaboration, and continued growth, they are now looking to expand their team with a dynamic individual to lead a newly awarded project in Bristol.

The Opportunity

As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility as the number one on-site, managing the successful delivery of a project up to £10M in value. You ll be leading all aspects of site operations from health & safety and quality control to subcontractor coordination and client liaison. Project types include mixed-use developments, commercial builds, education, healthcare schemes and industrial including new build & refurbishments. It is important that you have had experience working for a regional or national contractor as a project lead.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on new build & refurbishment projects (£2M £10M+)
  • Background working with regional or national principal contractors
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability

Qualifications:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work
