The Opportunity

A well-established, quality-driven construction company operating across the Cotswolds is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to take charge of projects from site setup through to completion.

This role would suit someone who takes real pride in delivering high-end work, runs a tidy and well-organised site, and leads from the front with a strong focus on safety, programme and finish.

The Role

As Site Manager, you ll be the day-to-day lead on site, responsible for keeping projects moving smoothly while maintaining exacting standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily site activity and ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently

  • Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site operatives to meet programme targets

  • Monitoring quality and workmanship throughout all stages of construction

  • Carrying out regular site checks and addressing issues before they escalate

  • Acting as the main point of contact between site, suppliers and other stakeholders

  • Ensuring company procedures, health & safety requirements and best practices are followed

What We re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing construction sites, ideally on high-quality or bespoke builds

  • Confident leader who can motivate teams and manage subcontractors effectively

  • Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach

  • Well organised with a sharp eye for detail

  • Comfortable making decisions and maintaining standards under pressure

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience within construction

  • Full right to work in the UK

  • Based within a commutable distance of Cirencester (GL7)

  • Site-based role (no remote working)
