Site Manager - Restaurant Fitout
Location: Bristol
Start Date: Jan 2027
Duration: 8-10 weeks
Rate: 290 per day

I'm working with a fitout contractor who is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a restaurant fitout project in Bristol.

The Role:

• Managing the site from initial works through to completion.

• Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades.

• Overseeing internal fitout works, including flooring, ceilings, decoration, joinery and kitchen installations.

• Coordinating M&E installations and ensuring works are delivered to programme.

• Maintaining site health and safety and quality standards.

• Managing snagging and final handover.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience managing restaurant, hospitality or retail fitout projects.

• SMSTS.

• CSCS card.

• First Aid.

• Good understanding of internal fitout and M&E coordination.
