What You’ll be doing:
• Ensuring full compliance with all company policies and health & safety regulations
• Monitoring and driving site performance against agreed KPIs
• Managing rotas, resource allocation, and staff attendance to meet operational demands
• Promoting strong time management and accountability within the team
• Leading site audits and maintaining accurate operational records
• Identifying and implementing process improvements
• Acting as a key point of contact for senior management

What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a site/team leadership role
• Strong understanding of compliance and operational standards
• Track record of achieving or exceeding KPIs
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Approachable, supportive leadership style with clear communication
• Experience in anti corrosion packaging or bespoke packaging solutions (desirable)
• Confident decision-maker with a proactive approach

Helpful extras:
• Experience in logistics, facilities, manufacturing, or construction
• Knowledge of lean methodologies or continuous improvement frameworks
• Health & Safety certification (e.g. IOSH or NEBOSH)
• Competent with systems and reporting tools
