Production Operative (Manufacturing & Packaging) needed in Tewkesbury, Salary: £12.60 per hour + Overtime after 40 hours, Hours: 37.5 per week, Contract: Temp to Perm (12 Weeks).

What Youll Do
- Work on production lines to support daily manufacturing output.
- Load, pack, and move products safely.
- Follow quality control processes and check finished goods.
- Complete general warehouse or production duties as required.
- Maintain a tidy and safe workspace.
- Work flexibly across early and late shifts based on production needs.
What Were Looking For
- Previous production or warehouse experience is useful but not essential.
- Ability to commit to both shift patterns.
- A good level of physical fitness.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Reliability and strong timekeeping.
Shift Pattern
Weekdays: 06:00 & 14:00 starts
Saturday: 06:00 start
Shift pattern varies and does not follow fixed early/late weekly rotations.
