Trainee Process Operative needed in Tewkesbury, Training & Development Opportunity, Salary: Starting at £14.12 per hour rising to £14.54 with training, Hours: 37.5 per week, Contract: Temp to Perm (12 Weeks).

What You’ll Do 

- Learn and operate various production processes. 
- Follow batch instructions and processing guidelines. 
- Conduct routine quality and safety checks. 
- Move materials and support production flow. 
- Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety standards. 
- Work across multiple shift types, including occasional Sundays. 

What We’re Looking For 

- No previous experience required — full training provided. 
- Ability to work across early, day, and late shifts. 
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. 
- Good communication and teamwork skills. 
- Reliable and committed attitude. 
- Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role. 

Shift Pattern 

Weekdays: 

- Early: 05:00-13:00 
- Day: 09:00-17:00 
- Late: 13:00-finish 

Sunday: 

- 06:00-finish (typically 10-11 hours)
