Marketing & Telesales Executive

The Role
You will be joining a small, energetic team where a hands-on approach is essential. From day one, you will play a key role in supporting sales growth and enhancing market presence. This position is ideal for someone passionate about social media, with a flair for design and a natural ability to sell.
Reporting to the Sales & Technical Support Manager, you will:
Manage a portfolio of existing, lapsed, and prospective customers
Proactively identify new business opportunities and gather valuable market insight
Act as a key link between customers and the wider sales team
Ensure the full product range is presented to the right customers at the right time
Support the development and expansion of market presence through marketing and telesales activity
Promote brands to trade and commercial partners
Help shape and enhance the company's brand image
Develop innovative marketing content across digital platforms, including social media
Contribute to the development of new projects and the enhancement of existing services
About You
Be self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Have strong social media and digital marketing skills
Demonstrate creativity and design capability
Possess excellent communication and telesales skills
Have the technical aptitude to manage and deliver new projects
Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce persuasive and clear copy
