The Role
We are now seeking a talented, ambitious and relationship-driven Marketing Manager to lead our
successful marketing team focussing on supporting our franchise network. This is a high-impact,
hands-on role where you’ll lead marketing across key UK and SA markets within both B2C and B2B
focus.
Based in our Gloucester office, with hybrid working options, you’ll have the autonomy to shape
strategy and the support to bring it to life working closely with a network of engaged, passionate
franchisees who are deeply invested in their local communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UK & SA Marketing team to fulfil and deliver on current marketing strategy and network growth initiatives aligned to overall Group strategy.
- Drive lead generation across UK & SA
- Optimise centre performance through KPI management and structured business reviews working closely with the Country Director and the APAC Marketing Manager (ROI, CPL and conversion).
- Collaborate with agencies and internal and external Stakeholders and business owners to support market research, competitor analysis and brand positioning.
- Support the Franchise Service team ensuring compliance with brand standards and legislative requirements.
- Provide specific and tailored local marketing support to franchisees with local area marketing to help their centres thrive.
- Lead and inspire the team to act as marketing champions to promote continuous improvement, continuous growth and commercial success.
- Proactive and professional delivery and engagement on training sessions, conferences, regional meetings, centre visits, and development workshops.
- Report directly to the Country Director.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a strong performing marketing expert with an excellent mindset for growth and
commercial success measures. A confident communicator who is adaptable, organised, and capable
of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You will be professional, emotionally
intelligent, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to get the best from
your team.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven success leading a marketing team to deliver on campaign management, digital marketing and brand development
- Ability to build and sustain strong, commercially productive and supportive relationships
- Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the ability to produce clear reports, analyse data/google analytics, and deliver professional presentations.
- Marketing degree or relevant business background (e.g., MSc Marketing or MBA)
- Solid understanding of UK market trends, Customer behaviour, Industry-specific regulations
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance (working with children)
- Full UK driving licence – travel will be required
Desirable Experience:
- Business in educational background/sector
- CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) qualification
- Experience within a franchising environment (advantageous but not essential)
- PR and communications experience
