At Team Ortel, an EE franchise, we’re growing fast and looking for energetic Field Sales Representatives to join our team. You’ll be representing EE, engaging with potential customers door-to-door in small teams, and helping them discover EE’s market-leading broadband products.
What You'll Be Doing
- Door-to-door sales in pre-assigned local areas.
- Convert leads into happy EE customers.
- Hit personal and team sales targets.
- Present EE products in a clear, engaging way to promote the brand.
- Keep accurate records and share feedback with your manager.
What We’re Looking For
- 18+ and eligible to work in the UK.
- Confident, outgoing, and great at communication.
- Resilient, motivated, and target-driven.
- Able to travel locally for field work - Drivers Licence needed for Progression.
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a bonus.
- Interest in tech and broadband knowledge is a plus.
- Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
