Auto Technician/MOT Tester (Full Time)

• We’re Hiring: Auto Technician/MOT Tester (Full-Time)
• Location: Cinderford MOT Centre, Cinderford, Gloucestershire
• Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum + £1000 joining incentive
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.5 hours per day
• No weekends required!

We’re now looking for a skilled Auto Technician/MOT Tester to join us full-time. Whether you’re already an MOT tester or keen to become one in the future, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Role Will Include:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of vehicles
• Carrying out maintenance and inspections to the highest standard
• Using the latest tools and diagnostic equipment
• Working efficiently as part of a small, supportive team
• Keeping accurate records and updating our Garage Management System (training provided)
• Providing great customer service and taking pride in your workmanship
• (Desirable) Conducting MOT tests if qualified

 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Fully qualified Auto Technician with relevant experience
✅ Strong mechanical knowledge across a range of makes and models
✅ Confident using diagnostic tools and modern equipment
✅ Great communication and teamwork skills
✅ Qualified MOT Tester (desirable but not essential)
✅ A good sense of humour and a positive, can-do attitude!
