Must Haves:
- Proven experience using Mazatrol (Smooth preferred) and/or Fanuc controls
- Background in multi-spindle or sliding head CNC machines (Mazak or Star ideal)
- Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings and tolerances
- Confident in proving out and inspecting own first-off components
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- High attention to detail, team player mindset, and safety-conscious approach
So what will you be doing?
- Setting and operating multi-axis CNC machining centres
- Manufacturing components to engineering drawings and specifications
- Performing first-off and stage inspections
- Organising tooling and materials to meet job requirements
- Liaising with management and production engineers for efficient workflow
- Ensuring all work meets internal quality and safety standards
