- Confident in managing and converting client enquiries
- Looking to build on an existing client base and grow their business further
- Professional, organised, and proactive in managing their pipeline.
Newly Qualified Advisers
- Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
- Highly driven, coachable, and motivated to build a career in mortgage advice
- Willing to learn, develop, and take ownership of opportunities.
