My client, a multi award winning Estate Agents, have a brand-new exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator to join their friendly and successful team.
No experience is necessary as full training will be provided; however our client is looking for a forward-thinking individual, who has exceptional attention to detail. This is an exciting and varied role where no two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately input data for Mortgage & Protection applications
• Ensuring all documents are uploaded and communications are recorded on the appropriate systems.
• Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post
• Proactively progressing Mortgage & Protection applications through to completion
Key Skills:
• Willingness to learn and get stuck in
• Strong communication skills, in person and over the phone
• Exceptional customer service skills with a good telephone manner
• Can-do attitude, someone who is a pro-active thinker
• Good IT skills
