Teacher of Violin - VMT

The Dean Close Foundation is looking to appoint an inspirational and dedicated Visiting Music Teacher (VMT) of Violin to join our vibrant music department.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate musician and educator to work with pupils across the Foundation, delivering high-quality individual and small group lessons, and contributing to a thriving and ambitious music department.
As a VMT, you will be able to deliver engaging and high-quality violin tuition to pupils of varying abilities and ages. You will inspire and support pupils’ musical development, whilst preparing them for performances, concerts and examinations, where applicable.
The successful candidate would be an experience violinist with a strong technical and musical background, who has experience of teaching children. Experience of working within a school environment is desirable but not essential.
