Must Have’s
• Prior experience within telecommunications and health and safety is a must
• Strong understanding of office management and administration practices
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to build positive working relationships across teams
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in QHSE coordination or auditing
• Full driving licence - required for site audits

Nice to have’s
• CDM 2015 knowledge or experience
• IOSH Managing Safely qualification
• CQI IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Foundation or Internal Auditor Course
• Understanding of ISO9001 (Quality), ISO45001 (Health & Safety), and ISO14001 (Environment) standards

So what will you be doing?
• Supporting the QHSE Manager with daily operational compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinating QHSE actions and ensuring completion across teams
• Maintaining and developing key documentation — including non-conformance reports, audits, procedures, and policies
• Managing health, safety, and environmental records such as inspections, accident logs, and training records
• Producing and updating spreadsheets, reports, and inventories
Organising training bookings and purchasing HS&E-related equipment (e.g. PPE, first aid kits)
• Coordinating QHSE meetings, taking minutes, and tracking actions
• Supporting customer and internal improvement projects across the business
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as required
