Role Overview:

We are seeking a trustworthy, experienced and motivated Office Manager to join this small team. This role combines administrative leadership, customer service excellence, and business development responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations while supporting business growth.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Manage office operations, supervise customer service team, handle basic HR functions, and uphold company values

Customer Service & Sales:

Provide backup customer support, handle escalations, manage key accounts, prepare quotes, identify sales opportunities, and support business development

Financial & Operations:

Process export orders, prepare payment lists, manage accounts receivable, contribute to product content, and perform basic SEO

Required Qualifications:

  • Problem-solving abilities
  • HR experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sales aptitude
  • Numerical and English proficiency
  • Software/IT competency
